Why we're running this
Everyone has an opinion on what AI is doing to fashion jobs. Few have data from the people doing the work.
The Fashionomics Jobs Index asks designers, product teams, marketers, e-commerce leads, technologists and executives the same questions: how has AI changed your job, what tools you use, where your organisation is hiring, and which skills you can't find.
The result is an independent benchmark of fashion's workforce heading into 2027, published by Digital Fashion Week.
Who should take it
Anyone working in fashion, at brands, retailers, agencies, tech vendors or as a freelancer. Every role and level counts. The Index is only as accurate as the range of people in it.
